It is provided to you via the myEquifax platform by Equifax Canada in coordination with its affiliate, Equifax Consumer Services LLC, a U.S. company and your data will be stored in the United States. Under certain circumstances, access to your Equifax credit report may not be available. If you have a paid product subscription and a remedy for the failure is not available, the product subscription will be cancelled and a full refund will be made. You can also receive this Equifax credit report by mail or in person directly from Equifax Canada.

The Equifax credit score provided under the offers described herein a proprietary credit model developed by Equifax Canada and provided to you via the myEquifax platform by Equifax Canada in coordination with its affiliate,  Equifax Consumer Services LLC, a U.S. company and your data will be stored in the United States. While this score is similar to scores usually communicated to lenders who request it, it is being provided to you for your own educational use. Please keep in mind third parties may use a different score when evaluating your creditworthiness and will consider items other than your credit score, such as information on your credit file and information you provide in your application for credit. You can also receive this Equifax credit score by mail, by phone or in person directly from Equifax Canada.

WebScan searches for your Social Insurance Number (if you provide it), passport number, up to 6 bank account numbers, up to 6 credit/debit card numbers, and up to 3 email addresses. WebScan searches thousands of Internet sites where consumers' personal information is suspected of being bought and sold, and regularly adds new sites to the list of those it searches. However, the Internet addresses of these suspected Internet trading sites are not published and frequently change, so there is no guarantee that we are able to locate and search every possible Internet site where consumers' personal information is at risk of being traded.

By inviting an additional adult to use the product, you agree that person has given consent to share his or her email address and receive electronic emails from Equifax. When the added adult is removed from your product, it will take effect immediately.

Alerts are not automatically shared. You may choose to share your alerts with the added adult or turn sharing off at any time.
