For the time being, please ask your account administrator to add a phone number to your profile so you can have your code delivered by SMS/TEXT or LANDLINE VOICE CALL.
Administrators who wish to have a phone number added to your profile.
Please email cast.ca@equifax.com with your Client ID & User ID along with the phone number to use. (Please advise if landline or cell)
